Fees for the service start from SAR 1,320, exclusive of VAT. The final amount is determined after reviewing the ruling, the medical file, the reports, and the required scope of work. The client is informed of any additional fees and their scope before any work outside the core service is carried out.

The date of service is important for verifying the time available to object.

The service includes reviewing the ruling and the medical file, identifying the grounds for objection, drafting and reviewing the memorandum, then delivering it electronically as a PDF. It does not include filing the memorandum with the competent authority or pleading and attending hearings, except under a separate agreement and fees. Nor does the service include guaranteeing that the objection will be accepted or that any specific outcome will result.
